Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Pat the prime sirloin steak dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Whisk lightly.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook, stirring gently, until they are soft and slightly runny, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Roasted Tomato

  1. 5

    Prepare the Tomato

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tomato in half and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  2. 6

    Roast the Tomato

Place the tomato halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.

Home Fries

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

  2. 8

    Cook the Home Fries

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Toast

  1. 9

    Toast the Bread

In a toaster or on a skillet, toast the multi-grain bread slices until they are golden brown. Spread butter on top before serving.
