Cook the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Lemon Herb Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped dill, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Assemble and Serve
