Start by dicing the fresh pineapple into small pieces and set aside.

Juicing the Grapefruit
Juice the grapefruit to obtain 120 ml of fresh grapefruit juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.

Brew your choice of herbal tea and allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
Mixing the Tonic

In a large glass or cocktail shaker, combine the fresh rosemary sprig, grapefruit juice, diced pineapple, and cold tea. Muddle them gently to release the flavors.

Carefully pour in the Fever-Tree ginger beer, stirring gently to mix all the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
