Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Add Crab and Seasonings

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, shredded aged white cheddar cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the crab mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices on a diagonal.

  2. 5

    Brush with Olive Oil

Place the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and rub the halved garlic clove over the top of each slice for flavor.

  3. 6

    Toast the Crostini

In the same oven, toast the baguette slices for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
