Method

Grilling the Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cooking the Fettuccine

  1. 3

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

  2. 4

    Cook the Fettuccine

Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Making the Alfredo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Add Heavy Cream

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. 8

    Incorporate Parmesan

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combining the Dish

  1. 9

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine and Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.

  2. 10

    Serve with Chicken

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the fettuccine. Garnish with chopped parsley.
