Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly wash all fruits under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Blueberries

Leave the blueberries whole, as they are ready to eat after washing.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwi with a knife and slice it into rounds or half-moons.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Mango

Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice the mango into bite-sized pieces.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Pineapple

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

  8. 8

    Prepare the Grapes

Remove the grapes from their stems and rinse them under cold water.

  9. 9

    Prepare the Mint

Wash the mint leaves and chop them roughly for added flavor.

Mixing

  1. 10

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, banana, and grapes.

  2. 11

    Add Mint

Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients without bruising the fruits.

Serving

  1. 12

    Serve the Fruit Cup

Spoon the mixed fruit into individual serving cups or bowls. Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
