Preparation

Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso (1 oz) and let it cool slightly.

Measure the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, measure and add 2 oz of Ketel One vodka, 1 oz of Kahlúa, 1 oz of Caffè Borghetti, and 1 tsp of cane sugar.

Combine with Espresso
Add the freshly brewed espresso to the shaker with the other ingredients.
Mixing

Shake the Cocktail
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass to remove any ice shards.
Garnishing

Garnish and Serve
Optionally, you can garnish with a few coffee beans on top for decoration. Serve immediately and enjoy your Espresso Martini!
