Preparation of Chicken and Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded carrots, diced bell pepper, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro. Toss together until well mixed.
Make the Spicy Mayo

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha to taste.
Assembly

Assemble the Wraps
Take a lettuce leaf and place a portion of the cooked chicken in the center. Top with a generous amount of the vegetable mixture and a drizzle of spicy mayo. Fold the lettuce around the filling to form a wrap.
