Prepare the Glass
Choose a large wine glass or spritz glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Combine Base Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Mionetto Aperitivo and Mionetto Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wine. Stir gently to mix.

Add Mixers
Pour the Fever-Tree Club Soda and Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial into the glass over the ice. Then, add the combined mixture from the shaker.

Garnish the Drink
Add the blood orange slices to the drink and gently stir. Top with fresh mint leaves for garnish.
