Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better seasoning and tenderness.

Season the Ribs
In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap and Cook
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Final Bake
Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

Prepare Potato Wedges
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into wedges and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Bake Potato Wedges
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.

Cook Corn on the Cob
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the potato wedges before serving.
