Dry Shake
Shake the ingredients vigorously without ice (dry shake) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Add two dashes of orange bitters on top.

Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of sumac or a citrus twist for added aroma.
