Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hangar One Makrut Lime Vodka, Genepy, Falernum, and Elderflower Liqueur.
Add Spice and Herbs
Add the whole Bird's Eye Chili and Fresh Basil Leaves to the shaker.
Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of citrus on the rim of the glass and a basil leaf.
