Chicken Strips
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken Strips
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then the beaten eggs, followed by the bread crumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 4
Fry the Chicken Strips
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Steamed Broccoli

Prepare the Broccoli
Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and cut them into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 6
Steam the Broccoli
In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over the boiling water, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green. Season with salt before serving.
Buttermilk Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
- 8
Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary. You may add more salt, pepper, or dill according to your preference.
