Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the wild salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 2

    Steam the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, bring a pot of water to a boil and set a steamer basket over it. Add the broccoli florets and sliced carrots to the steamer basket. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still bright in color.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Chili-Soy Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili paste, and a little bit of sesame oil to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bowl

In a serving bowl, place the steamed broccoli and carrots as a base. Top with the grilled salmon fillets. Drizzle the chili-soy sauce over the salmon and vegetables. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
