Marinate the Mushrooms
Place the portabella mushrooms in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.
