Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread slices into cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Chop the Vegetables
Rinse the romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Dice the large tomato and thinly slice the red onion.

Prepare the Eggs
Boil the eggs in water for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, place them in cold water for a few minutes, then peel and chop them.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, chopped boiled eggs, and crispy bacon. Add the croutons and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.

Season and Serve
Season the salad with additional salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
