Preparation of Jello

Prepare the Orange Jello
In a medium bowl, prepare the Orange Jello according to package instructions. Typically, this involves dissolving the Jello powder in boiling water, then adding cold water.

Chill the Jello
Once dissolved, pour the Jello mixture into a mold or serving glass and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Mix Tequila and Citrus Zest
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Blanco Tequila and 1 tablespoon of citrus zest. Shake well to mix the flavors.

Once the Jello has set, carefully spoon the shaken tequila mixture over the top of the Jello layer in the serving glass.
