Method
Making the Lemonade
- 1
Juicing the Lemons
Roll the lemons on the countertop to soften them. Cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. You should have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- 2
Preparing the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- 3
Mixing the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, the cooled simple syrup, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well and adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more sugar or water if needed.
- 4
Chilling the Lemonade
Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the pitcher to chill the lemonade before serving.
Assembling the Sparkler
- 5
Preparing the Glasses
Fill each glass halfway with the prepared lemonade.
- 6
Adding Flavors
Pour 1/2 cup of lychee juice into each glass of lemonade and stir gently to combine.
- 7
Adding the Boba and Sparkling Water
Add 1/4 cup of Strawberry Popping Boba to each glass, then top with sparkling water (about 1/2 cup for each glass). Stir gently.
- 8
Garnishing the Sparkler
Garnish each glass with fresh sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately for a refreshing drink.
