Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen tater tots. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the chopped kimchi and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, truffle oil, and teriyaki sauce. Stir well to blend the flavors together.

Serve Tater Tots
Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven. Drizzle the kimchi butter over the hot tater tots, followed by the sauce mixture. Toss gently to combine.
