Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Olo Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz of cranberry juice, and 0.5 oz of house tiki simple syrup. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Straining the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Garnishing
Garnish with a slice of the house-made apple chips on the rim of the glass.
House-Made Apple Chips Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) for dehydrating the apple slices.

Preparing the Apples
Core and thinly slice 2 apples using a mandoline or a sharp knife, aiming for even thickness for uniform drying.

Seasoning the Slices
In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of sugar. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apple slices.

Baking the Apple Chips
Arrange the seasoned apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the apples are dried and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before using. Store in an airtight container if not using immediately.
