Dip Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
Prepare the Spinach
In a medium saucepan, add the fresh spinach and sauté over medium heat until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop coarsely.
- 3
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped artichoke hearts, sautéed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 4
Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) and spread evenly.
- 5
Bake the Dip
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serving Instructions
- 6
Prepare the House Biscuit Crostini
While the dip is baking, prepare your house biscuits as directed. Cut each biscuit in half and toast them lightly in a toaster oven or under the broiler until golden.
- 7
Serve
Once the dip is out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with house biscuit crostini and tortilla chips on the side.
