Method
Brownie Base Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Mix Sugars
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Bake Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Nutella Fudge Sauce Preparation

Add Powdered Sugar
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and smooth.

Remove from Heat
Once the fudge sauce is creamy and well mixed, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembly

Layer Brownies and Fudge
After the brownies have cooled for about 10 minutes, pour half of the Nutella fudge sauce over the brownie base, spreading evenly.

Add Oreos
Crush the Oreo cookies and sprinkle them evenly over the fudge layer.

Finish Layering
Pour the remaining fudge sauce over the crushed Oreos, spreading it to cover them entirely.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the assembled brownie for at least 2 hours to set. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
