Burger Patty

Toppings

Housemade Aioli

French Fries

Optional Double Patty

Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the grass-fed ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions (or three if making a double patty) and shape into burger patties, about 1 inch thick.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Making the Aioli

  1. 5

    Prepare the Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well and season with salt to taste.

Preparing the Fries

  1. 6

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin shoestring fries.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 8

    Build Your Burger

On a toasted burger bun, spread a generous amount of housemade aioli. Add the lettuce, cooked burger patty with melted cheese, sliced tomato, and sliced onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the burger alongside the house-cut shoestring fries. Enjoy your Grass-Fed 'Shine Beef Burger!
