Preparing the Aioli

Making the Aioli
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Preparing the Fries

Cutting the Potatoes
Wash and peel the 2 large Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin, shoestring-like strips.

Forming the Patties
In a bowl, combine 1 pound of grass-fed ground beef, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

Assembling the Burger

Building the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a slice of tomato and a few rings of red onion. Add the grilled patty with melted Cheddar cheese on top, and finish with a generous dollop of the housemade aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.
