Method
Preparation
- 1
Wash and Prepare Fruits
Thoroughly wash all the fruits under running water. Core and slice the apples and pears. Peel the oranges, grapefruits, and pineapple, removing the tough skins, and segment them as needed. Remove stems from the cranberries.
- 2
Juicing Process
Using a juicer or blender, start with the apples. Juice them until you have 4 cups of apple juice. Pour the juice into a large mixing bowl or pitcher.
- 3
Continue Juicing
Follow the same process for the oranges (4 cups), grapefruit (2 cups), pineapple (2 cups), and cranberries (2 cups). Make sure to strain the juice if you want a smoother texture.
- 4
Mix in Pear Nectar
Add the pear juice to the mixing bowl, combining it with the other juices.
- 5
Add White Cranberry Juice
Pour in 1 litre of white cranberry juice and mix well to combine all the flavors.
Flavoring
- 6
Sweeten the Mixture
Add honey or agave syrup to taste, starting with 0.5 cups, and mix well. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- 7
Add Lemon Juice
Incorporate 0.25 cups of lemon juice to enhance the flavor and balance the sweetness.
Serving
- 8
Chill and Serve
Chill the assorted juices in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice in glasses or jars.
