Prepare the Pork Belly
Cut the pork belly into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, crack the eggs and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the pork belly.

Sauté the Aromatics
Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rice to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine all ingredients. Add the crispy pork belly and scrambled eggs back into the skillet.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
