Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by slicing the cooked octopus, carrot, and onion into thin strips. Chop the bok choy and fresh basil. Set all ingredients aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then add the carrot and bok choy, and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Add Octopus and Noodles

Add the sliced octopus to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add the cooked egg noodles and toss everything together.

  5. 5

    Add Sauce and Seasoning

Pour in the sate basil sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Finish with Basil

Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the fresh basil. Serve immediately.
