Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by slicing the bell pepper and onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set everything aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil. Season the wagyu steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the time based on your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, heat a little oil and crack the eggs into the pan. Cook them sunny side up until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet used for the steak, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until they are tender. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Once everything is cooked, place the sautéed vegetables on a sizzling platter. Slice the wagyu steak and arrange it on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with the sate brown sauce and place the sunny side up eggs on the side. Serve immediately.
