Preparation Steps

- 2
Pre-Bake the Tart Shell
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the chilled tart shell for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
- 3
Prepare Chocolate Mousse
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the melted chocolate. Pour the mousse into the cooled tart shell and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 4
Make Passionfruit Cream
Dissolve gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. Mix passionfruit pulp with sugar, heat slightly, then stir in the gelatin. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over the chilled chocolate mousse. Refrigerate again for 1 hour.
- 5
Prepare Berry Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine fresh berries and sugar over medium heat. Cook until the berries break down and the mixture thickens slightly. Let it cool before serving.
- 6
Serve the Tart
Remove the tart from the pan, dust with cocoa powder, and drizzle with berry sauce before serving.
