Prepare Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Prepare Toppings

Once the flatbread is baked, spread fig jam evenly over the surface of each flatbread.

Layer the prosciutto slices on top of the fig jam.

Crumble the goat cheese over the prosciutto.
Prepare Balsamic Reduction

In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low.

Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until it has reduced by half and has a syrupy consistency.
Assemble Flatbread

Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the topped flatbreads.

Add a handful of arugula on top of each flatbread.
