Wine Preparation

Select Quality Ingredients
Choose ripe Chardonnay grapes that are firm and free of blemishes. Select one juicy lemon, two Granny Smith apples, a teaspoon of orange blossom, and a tablespoon of candied ginger.
- 2
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the juiced lemon, chopped Granny Smith apples, orange blossom, and chopped candied ginger.
- 4
Fermentation Process
In a fermentation vessel, pour in the Chardonnay grape juice. Add the mixture of lemon, apples, orange blossom, and candied ginger. Stir gently to combine.
- 5
Fermenting the Wine
Seal the fermentation vessel and allow the mixture to ferment for 2-4 weeks in a cool, dark place. Check periodically to ensure proper fermentation.
- 6
Bottling
Once fermentation is complete, strain the wine to remove solids. Transfer the liquid to clean bottles and seal properly.
- 7
Aging
Allow the bottled wine to age for at least 3 months for the flavors to mature before serving.
