Flatbread Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Flatbread Dough

In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly. Add flour, olive oil, and salt; mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

  2. 3

    Cook the Flatbread

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Roll out the dough into flatbreads and cook on the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

Grilled Apricots Preparation

  1. 4

    Grill the Apricots

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Toss apricot halves with honey and olive oil. Grill the apricots cut side down for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.

Pecan Praline Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Pecan Praline

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Pour onto parchment paper and let cool before breaking into pieces.
