Prepare the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass and dip the rim in salt to coat.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Don Julio Blanco, fresh watermelon juice, Pierre Ferrand Curaçao, and fresh lime juice.
Shake and Strain
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a watermelon wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
