Chicken Tendies

Goat Cheese Ranch

Method

Chicken Tendies

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into tenders. In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and chicken, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make the Breading

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Shake off excess flour.

  4. 4

    Fry the Tendies

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Garlic Fries

  1. 5

    Bake the Fries

Prepare frozen fries according to package instructions, usually baking at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.

  2. 6

    Add Garlic and Herbs

In a small pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Toss cooked fries with garlic oil, salt, and chopped parsley.

Goat Cheese Ranch

  1. 7

    Make the Dressing

In a bowl, combine goat cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
