Prepare the Yuca
Peel the yuca and cut it into 2-inch pieces. Place the yuca pieces in a large pot, cover with water, and add salt. Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until tender.

Make the Mojo Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper.

Combine and Serve
Once the yuca is cooked, drain it and place it on a serving platter. Drizzle the mojo sauce over the yuca and serve warm.
