Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger Patties

Season the prime rib burger patties with salt and black pepper. In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of aged Cheddar cheese on each burger patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayo on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and the burger patty with melted cheese on top. Add two slices of crispy bacon and top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Old Fashioned Burger immediately with your favorite sides.
