Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the prime rib ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the peameat bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burgers

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding cheese on top during the last minute if desired.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom half, place the lettuce, followed by the burger patty, crispy bacon, fried egg, tomato slices, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the farmhouse burger warm with your choice of side.
