Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the sweet potatoes into fries, about 1/4 inch thick. Toss them in a bowl with a drizzle of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 2
Sauté the Green Beans
While the fries are baking, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Assemble the Dish
Once the sweet potato fries are done, remove them from the oven. On a plate, layer the pulled pork, sautéed green beans, and sweet potato fries. Serve hot and enjoy!
