1. Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the bacon, ham, red pepper, green pepper, and red onion into small pieces.

2. Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

In the same skillet, add the red pepper, green pepper, and red onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
