Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini into thin strips, and remove the ends of the snow peas.

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water until well combined. Set aside.
Stir Frying

Stir Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, snow peas, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat the veggies with the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the stir-fry from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
