Fried Ice Cream
1. Prepare Ice Cream Balls
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into balls using an ice cream scooper and place them on a tray. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.

Once the ice cream is firm, dip each ball into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
4. Fry Ice Cream
Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry each coated ice cream ball for about 30 seconds until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
