Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Pat the Wagyu ribeye steak dry with paper towels. Season generously with house steak seasoning on both sides.

  2. 2

    Pan-Sear the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ribeye steak and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Buttered Asparagus

  1. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Asparagus

Add the asparagus to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and bright green.

Rustic Red Potato Mash

  1. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

Wash and cut the red potatoes into quarters. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mash until desired consistency is achieved.

Sautéed Mushrooms

  1. 7

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet used for the steak, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
