Method
Dough Preparation
- 1
Mixing the Dough
In a large bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually while mixing until a dough forms.
- 2
Kneading and Rising
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 3
Rolling Out the Dough
After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a round shape that fits your pizza stone or baking sheet.
White Sauce Preparation

Pizza Assembly and Cooking
- 5
Assembling the Pizza
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Spread the white sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, and provolone cheeses on top. Lay the prosciutto slices evenly over the cheese.
- 6
Baking the Pizza
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 7
Cooking the Eggs
While the pizza is baking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny (about 2-3 minutes). Season with sea salt and black pepper.
- 8
Finishing Touches
Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and top it with the cooked over-easy eggs. Slice and serve immediately.
