Soak Cedar Plank
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour to prevent it from burning while grilling.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Prepare Vegetables
While the salmon is grilling, wash and dry the arugula. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the arugula, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Gently toss together.
