Chill the Glass
Place a cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Bushmills Irish Whiskey, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
