1. Mixing the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of carbonated water with 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tsp of citric acid. Stir until the sugar and citric acid are fully dissolved.
2. Adding Flavor
Pour in 1 cup of your choice of flavored syrup into the mixture. If you want to enhance the color, add 2 drops of food coloring. Stir gently to combine.
Serving
3. Chilling the Drink
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow it to chill.
4. Pouring the Drink
Once chilled, pour the Ramune into glasses, leaving some space at the top.
5. Garnishing
Top each glass with a maraschino cherry and a few mint leaves for garnish before serving.
