Cake Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool the Cake
Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chill the Cake
Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the cake to absorb the milk.

Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the soaked cake.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish before serving.
