Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Belly

Start by cutting the pork belly into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a heavy skillet, cook the uncured bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the house made sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Cook the Pork Belly

In the same skillet with the rendered bacon fat, add the pork belly cubes. Sear them over medium-high heat until they are golden and crispy on all sides, about 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In another pan, fry the local farm eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, layer the crispy pork belly, sausage, and bacon. Top with the fried eggs. Serve immediately.
