Make the Burger Patty
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into a 7 oz. patty.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

Cook the Burger Patty
In the same skillet, cook the burger patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place the raclette cheese on top of the burger and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
Assembly

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked burger patty with melted raclette cheese. Top with crispy bacon, grilled onions, and a's sauce. Place the top half of the bun and serve.
