Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into a 7 oz. patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Grill the Onion

In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, cook the burger patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the raclette cheese on top of the burger and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the cooked burger patty with melted raclette cheese. Top with crispy bacon, grilled onions, and a's sauce. Place the top half of the bun and serve.
