Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your martini glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Las Californias gin, Lillet, Linie aquavit, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, and ice. Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.

Prepare the Glass
Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish and Serve
Add a teaspoon of black pearl caviar to the center of the drink and garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
